The grant application form that includes the eligibility criteria for the 2011 - 2012 school year is now available. The application process may include an informal interview with members of the selection committee and the submission of a sample of the applicant's work.

In 2012 the foundation committee will make awards to students attending Oak Park-River Forest H.S as well as to students attending other high schools in the Chicago area. Freshmen,Sophomore and Junior age students during the 2011 -2012 school year may apply.The 2011 - 2012 award will be presented in the spring of 2012.
Applications are now beIng accepted up until April 16th, 2012.
